1. Processing Time Stock orders will be arranged within 3–7 working days after payment confirmed. OEM / Customized orders require 15–30 working days production time, the exact lead time will be confirmed in your proforma invoice.

2. Shipping Methods We support multiple shipping methods including sea freight, air freight and express delivery such as DHL, FedEx, UPS. Shipping cost depends on weight, volume and destination country. We will offer suitable shipping plan for your order.

3. Delivery Time Express: 5–12 working days Air freight: 10–20 working days Sea freight: 30–50 working days Estimated time is for reference only, delays may happen due to customs clearance, weather or logistics events.

4. Customs & Import Duties Import tax, customs clearance fee in destination country are borne by the buyer. We can provide required commercial invoice and packing list for customs declaration.

5. Shipment Tracking Once goods are dispatched, we will send tracking number to you via email. You can track shipment status online.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipment If package is lost or seriously damaged during transit, we will assist you to claim compensation with logistics company.
