The newly upgraded production line introduces advanced precision cutting equipment, intelligent forming machines and automatic magnetic assembly equipment, which greatly optimizes the production process of magnetic lashes. In the production link of lash body, the new equipment can realize more uniform fiber arrangement and more accurate length and curvature control, effectively solving the problems of uneven lash layering and inconsistent radian of traditional manual production. In the magnetic sheet assembly link, the upgraded process makes the magnetic force more stable and uniform, ensuring that the magnetic lashes are firmly fitted and not easy to fall off during wearing, while maintaining ultra-light weight and comfortable wearing experience.
In terms of production capacity improvement, the upgraded production line has increased the daily output of magnetic lashes by 40% compared with the original production capacity, which can efficiently respond to large-batch wholesale orders and peak seasonal orders from global customers. At the same time, we have further improved the product quality inspection system for magnetic lashes. Each finished product will pass strict magnetic force test, lash firmness test and appearance inspection to eliminate defective products and ensure that every batch of delivered products meets international export quality standards.
